In August 2018, Mark Turner Construction completed the mechanical system replacement of existing equipment including the single modular air-handler, VAV boxes, hot water pumps, chilled water secondary pumps, steam heat exchanger and associated appurtenances. Existing pneumatic controls were replaced with Direct Digital Control (DDC).
