Mark Turner Construction is currently building a new 30,000 SF, six-story Technology Operations Center to house VCU’s computing center. The first floor will have a mechanical space, two floors will house a data center, and three floors will be administrative/office spaces. The facility will be designed to LEED Silver standards at a minimum.
