Mark Turner Construction completed the renovation of seven apartment buildings and clubhouse including new landscaping and irrigation, mailbox kiosks, drainage and hardscape improvements, addition to clubhouse and new maintenance building, and exterior upgrades including dog park and perimeter fencing. Renovations included exterior painting of buildings, replacement of asphalt shingle roof, new windows, new flooring, interior paint, plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinets and appliances. Mark Turner renovated 212 apartments over the span of seven months with residents onsite. Special precautions were taken to ensure residents and amenities were not disrupted while adhering to a stringent schedule.
