Project Highlights
The Rose Gaming Resort is a $400 million gaming facility and hotel in Prince William County, Virginia. The hotel and conference center includes 175,000 square feet of gaming space, eight restaurants, 155 hotel rooms, and an 80-acre public park. Mark Turner Construction managed the caulking subcontract for the 780,000 SF precast concrete parking garage with six (6) levels and 2,512 parking spaces.
