Mark Turner Construction completed the Commercial Office Renovations in February 2021. The project scope included the renovation of multiple common areas in two office buildings in Richmond, VA, including renovating multiple meet-up locations, reconfiguring phone booths, and adding partitions to separate common area workspaces from the adjacent open seating desk areas. Preconstruction services consisted of schematic estimate, design document estimate, and construction document estimate along with preliminary project scheduling and coordination with owner supplied materials and vendors. Construction Services included the select demolition of the areas, protection of adjacent areas, repairs to multiple building systems, mechanical/electrical alterations to the existing systems, new walls, new ceilings, new glass partitions, new seating areas and finishes to suit client’s requirements.
