Mark Turner Construction completed the ANH Clubhouse Renovations in February 2021. The renovation of the apartment complex clubhouse included drywall repair and painting in club room, fitness area, business center and office area. Renovations also included replacement carpet in office area with new broadloom carpet and installation of LVT in clubroom and business center. The great room was renovated to install new case work and countertops in café area with new mercury mosaic tile backsplash. All lighting was updated with new lighting to include Buzzi acoustic lighting system. A custom divider wall and decorative fabric stretch wall, and decorative wallpaper completed the club room. The business center was upgraded with new soapstone countertops.
