Mark Turner Construction completed an interior fit-out of retail space for a new Skrimp Shack in March 2019. Project scope included full demolition of old area, new plumbing, electrical, cooking hood, fire alarm, sprinkler, walls, finishes, and casework. The scheduled opening date was critical for achieving the owner’s revenue projections. During the project, several plumbing and electrical design solutions were needed. Resolutions were facilitated quickly in order to keep the schedule on track.
